The wall of choice is steel for its structural strength, the ease of alignment and assembly, and the large selection of shapes and designs. Steel is also the best choice for liner over stairs and other high end custom designs.

Polymer pools are a favorite to many pool installers the panels are lighter, faster to assemble, and will not rot, dent or corrode over the life of your pool. With polymer you get your more free form pools. Oval shaped, lagoon shaped, and even figure eight to name a few.

The benefits of a vinyl liner swimming pool is that it is much more economically priced and has a lower initial cost compared to a one piece fiberglass, concrete, or gunite pools. Vinyl liners are durable and can for decades. Once the liner does wear out, ordering a new liner will make your pool look brand new again.

One piece Fiberglass inserts

Although our area is vinyl dominant, there are several applications where you could use a one piece fiberglass pool. Fiberglass pools come in a wide variety of shapes and sizes. You can choose one with fancy steps or seating. You can even add a spillover spa, or a tanning ledge. They also come in several different colors so finding one to go with your backyard will be a breeze. Fiberglass pools can be installed quicker than other pools, but it does take a skilled installer to do it right. Unlike vinyl pools a fiberglass pool can only be so deep. The reason for this is because the fiberglass insert is transported on a flat bed semi. Smaller inserts can be installed with the use of a backhoe, however the larger ones require a crane. So if you are looking into this route make sure to check if you will be able to move this equipment around your home.
